IP FIT Group Class
Our group classes are intentionally designed to challenge you both physically and mentally. You will be tested in a range of capacities including long, low/moderate intensity workouts as well as short, high intensity workouts.
We focus on developing our members in a wide variety of ways. Cardio specific movements are not limited to running. They also include machines to row, bike and ski. Body-weight gymnastics help you learn body awareness and strength from the basic level all the way to advanced. Weighted movements using barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells and medicine balls will develop foundational strength and be the backbone to learning advanced movements.
We understand everyone who trains with us has different wants and needs. We make sure that each athlete is guided to achieve the intended stimulus using the weights, movements and volume that they can handle.
Our overall goal is longevity. We want to be as fit as we can for as long as we can. Our knowledgeable and experienced coaches will lead you through each class, helping you create and keep healthy daily habits.
